The Child and Youth Mental Health Services Standards Advisory Board (CYMHTA) was created pursuant to Part 109, of Article 67, of Title 27, C.R.S. (HB 18-1094) for the purpose of assisting and advising the Commissioner of the Behavioral Health Administration in the development of service standards and rules pertaining to the Children and Youth Mental Health Treatment Act.
